Guest Service Agent
Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for our national and international guests
  • Carry out check-ins and check-outs
  • General reception duties / administration
  • Entering reservations into our PMS systems (Protel)
  • Processing of all activities arising in the course of the shift
  • Taking over own projects in coordination with the supervisor
  • Examination of turnover tax returns
  • Acceptance and processing of guest complaints
  • Processing of accounts receivable

Your Profile:

  • First experiences in guest relations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German and English
  • Motivated and responsible work
  • Willingness to learn new things
