Your Tasks:

Independent and holistic management of our building “THE FLAG Campusmeile
Entry and maintenance of all tenancy agreement data (master data maintenance) in the management software
Support and first point of contact for existing tenants
Letting the residential units on your own responsibility, in particular carrying out viewings
Negotiation and conclusion of tenancy agreements, supplements, etc.
Handing over and taking back the rental objects
Preparing the heating cost statement and drawing up the ancillary cost statement, processing appeals, optimising operating costs
Preparation and monitoring of budgets and reports
Supervision of external caretakers, service providers and suppliers
Invoice verification taking into account apportionability
Coordination and handling of maintenance/repairs in cooperation with our facility manager

Your Profile:

2-4 years of professional experience
Holder of a completed apprenticeship as real estate agent (m/f/d), preferably real estate specialist (m/f/d)
Good computer skills (ix-Haus knowledge is an advantage)
Class B driving licence
Structured and organised way of working
Assertiveness and negotiating skills
