We were able to give 740 tenants a new home.
We counted 54,500 arrivals in the hotel & serviced apartments segment.
We celebrated three topping-out ceremonies and two layings of the foundation stone events.
We were able to announce two more projects.
And we finally had the opportunity again to welcome you personally at our events.
Starting in spring, with our topping-out ceremony on the sunny Costa del Sol, we were able to celebrate numerous events and give you first insights into our upcoming projects. In summer followed our topping-out ceremony in Dülmen and also the laying of the foundation stone in Linz am Rhein we could celebrate with many guests.
Autumn held a great announcement in store: We have bought a plot of land in Lugano, Switzerland! There, as well as on a neighboring property, a residential building for senior citizens is to be built. This was followed by the topping-out ceremony in Linz. With mulled wine and cookies, the progress of the construction could be marveled at.
We were particularly pleased to be able to present our showroom in Dülmen in December.
We also published our new image brochure this year. Filled with our future concept for students, business people and seniors, all our houses as well as services, we want to bring you closer to our ideas of "a different place to live".
