I am aware that the landlord makes the signing of a rental agreement conditional, among other things, on me/us informing him/her of my/our personal and financial circumstances and that the landlord may cancel the signed agreement and terminate it without notice if he/she becomes aware that the information I have provided below is false. There is then no legal protection against termination.

Within the scope of voluntary self-disclosure, I hereby provide the following information:

- I declare that I am able to meet all obligations to be fulfilled under the tenancy agreement, in particular the provision of the rent deposit (three months' net rent) as well as the rent.

- I declare that the above information has been provided completely and truthfully. Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, false statements may result in the cancellation or termination of the rental agreement without notice.

- I agree that the landlord may carry out a credit check for the purpose of renting the apartment. A credit report may also be submitted upon request.

- The landlord is entitled to use this voluntary self-disclosure only for the purpose of his own letting. If the tenant self-disclosure is no longer required - if a rental agreement is not concluded - the landlord must destroy this data without delay in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.
