Short-term rentals must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months!
A one-time service fee of 150€ is payable upon conclusion of a rental agreement. When concluding a rental contract, a one-time final cleaning fee as well as a deposit is due in addition to the rent. The deposit will be returned after the expiration of the contract, provided that no damage has occurred in the apartment.

- I declare that I am able to meet all obligations to be fulfilled under the tenancy agreement, in particular the provision of the rent deposit (three months' net rent) as well as the rent.

- I declare that the above information has been provided completely and truthfully. Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, false statements may result in the cancellation or termination of the rental agreement without notice.

- I agree that the landlord may carry out a credit check for the purpose of renting the apartment. A credit report may also be submitted upon request.

- The landlord is entitled to use this voluntary self-disclosure only for the purpose of his own letting. If the tenant self-disclosure is no longer required - if a rental agreement is not concluded - the landlord must destroy this data without delay in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.
