Assistant Front Office Manager -
Frankfurt (m/w/d)

Your main tasks in co-operation with the Front Office Manager:

  • Management of shifts, including taking care of arrival and departure formalities and cash management
  • Ensuring professional complaint handling
  • Familiarisation of new team members and our trainees at reception
  • Coordinating and ensuring smooth operations at the front office
  • Professional and warm welcome as well as optimal care for our guests
  • Completion and control of F/O daily tasks
  • Work at the front office in operational business in the early and late shift, also at weekends

Your profile:

  • Open and cordial person
  • Host with passion and always with fun and a positive mindset
  • Professional experience in a similar environment
  • Flexibility and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language an advantage
  • Knowledge of Protel is an advantage
