To ensure that the wishes and ideas of our future guests can be realised in the best possible way, we plan and build the houses ourselves. After all, our apartments are always tailored to the specific living situations.
From the very first planning stage, we see ourselves as part of the local community. By doing so, we underline the long-term perspective of our commitment right from the start. In addition thereby we lay the foundation for the practical and realistic future of our houses early on.
The hospitality concept guides us in our current operations. We enable young people - often with an international background - to experience inner-city life in vibrant cities during their studies. For business travellers, we offer tailor-made concepts, even for longer stays. And we help the elderly people to live in their own home for as long as possible.
