THE FLAG is a young, fast growing company founded in 2008. We buy land, plan, develop and build the properties. We keep the buildings in our portfolio, manage and operate them. Thus, we combine different aspects of the real estate value chain under our roof.

Our corporate culture is based on the principles that make our Code of Conduct clear. This is both binding for the people in our company and a binding guide for our business partners. Our Code of Conduct was developed in cooperation with many employees who work in different disciplines and have different nationalities. Enriched with many practical examples from the world of work, we aim to illustrate our company's value-based approach. The implementation and success of the Code of Conduct are an integral part of our HR policy. Every employee should know and understand the Code of Conduct.
